Johann Nowak on the Kinesis exhibition
Managing director and gallery owner

Art is always in motion—and that's exactly what the exhibition “Kinesis—A Journey in Motion” shows. The exhibition, featuring AI-assisted and dynamic works, is aimed at AI and tech enthusiasts, as well as art lovers who want to view art from a new perspective.
Digital art, especially AI-generated artworks, is noticeably changing the art world. Like various classical art genres in art history that revolutionized the art world, it was initially met with little acceptance. Today, digital artworks supported by artificial intelligence are experiencing a similar fate. However, digital art does not compete with classical art, but rather expands forms of expression and creates opportunities to present stories and emotions in unusual ways.
This AI exhibition with outstanding sci-fi elements amazes visitors and gives them a glimpse of what art may look like in the future. Artworks selected by the curators of the P61 Gallery enrich the art tradition and spark a new dialogue in the art scene about what contemporary art is. The enthusiasm and amazement of many visitors show that AI art is no longer a short-term trend, but has established itself as an integral part of contemporary art.
