What does the room rental cost?
We charge no fixed flat fee for the space itself. You are only billed for the services you actually use — such as catering, drinks, technology or staff. So you never pay for things you don’t need.
How early should we enquire for our Christmas party?
November and December dates are limited and tend to go early — especially Thursdays and Fridays in December. Best enquire now without obligation; you will usually receive a concrete proposal within one business day.
How large are the spaces?
Across two floors and eight rooms we offer room for up to 200 guests — from a compact setting to a large event, the space adapts flexibly.
What technology is available?
Over 100 displays and HD LED walls, a professional sound system and lighting. On request, an experienced team handles the setup and playback of your content.
Is there a curfew?
No. The time frame follows your format.
Is catering available?
Yes — festive buffet, set menu or flying dinner via our catering partners, plus bar, mulled-wine station and drinks packages (e.g. beer/wine/sparkling/softs as a flat rate, cocktails on request). Your own caterer is welcome too. All modular — you only pay for what you use.
