FREquenZEN

Four sessions on a Sunday morning. Breath. Movement. Stability. Stillness. Sound, light and practice come together — three layers of one experience, unlike anything Berlin has seen before.

01 — Concept

Sound. Light. Practice.

The main hall of P61 with yoga mats laid out in front of the LED wall showing a curated visual composition P61 Main hall · LED wall

FREQUENZEN is more than a name. Every session is carried by its own curated soundscape on P61’s professional sound system — tuned frequencies that merge with the practice and amplify its effect.

In sync, visual compositions play across the LED wall, following the energy of each session: calming for breathwork, flowing for movement, focusing for Pilates, regenerative for yin. Three layers coming together — which is exactly why this feels different from any classic studio.

Frequencies that resonate with the breath.
Visuals that flow with the movement.
Practice that absorbs both. FREQUENZEN methodology — Season 01
02 — Why

What doesn’t exist anywhere else.

There are plenty of yoga studios. A space where sound, light and practice were built as one system exists only once.

I

Visuals that follow the practice

P61’s LED wall is not decoration — it is part of the method: each session has its own curated visual composition — breathing calmly in breathwork, flowing in movement, precise in Pilates, meditative in yin.

II

Sound you feel in your body

No Bluetooth speaker: the professional sound system of a digital art gallery. Deep frequencies, spatial sound, precise acoustics — sound that carries the practice instead of merely accompanying it.

III

20 mats. Not 60.

The main hall holds exactly 20 mats. Everyone has space, every correction reaches you, nobody practises in row four behind a pillar. Kept small — on purpose.

IV

Gallery, not studio

You practise in the middle of a digital art exhibition. After the last session the gallery opens — those who stay explore the works at their own pace. Day-pass guests get the private pre-opening tour.

V

Coaches with substance

Sports science and more than a decade of teaching practice: every session is led by the person whose speciality it is — no all-round trainer who does a bit of everything.

VI

A Sunday ritual

Four sessions build on each other: first the breath, then the movement, then the strength, finally the stillness. A curated morning with dramaturgy — not an off-the-shelf class.

03 — Programme

Four sessions — single or as a day.

Each session stands on its own — with its own soundscape and its own visual composition on the LED wall. If you want to experience all four, book the day pass and get reserved spots, a soft brunch and access to the private exhibition tour.

The Art of Breathwork

„Your breath is your anchor."
Deep frequencies · Calm visuals

A gentle arrival in the space — lying or seated. Conscious breath observation, guided breathing patterns (box breathing, extended exhalation), understanding the breath as a control instrument for the nervous system. Start the day deep, and you start it differently.

Mindful Movement Flow

Core & Posture Pilates

„Strength creates freedom."
Focus sounds · Precise visuals

Deep core activation beyond the visible abs, posture and alignment for shoulders and spine, slow and controlled exercises. At the centre: awareness of your everyday movement. Strength that creates freedom.

Yin & Release Yoga

„Let go to integrate."
Regenerative sounds · Meditative visuals

Long-held positions, fascia work, deep stretching with integrated letting go. Accompanied by a slowly breathing visual composition curated for this session on the LED wall, and spherical sound. Regeneration. Integration.

04 — Coaches

Four voices. One language.

We work with coaches who understand the body as a system and practice as a craft. Every session is led by the person whose speciality it is.

Yannik — sports scientist and performance coach

Yannik

Sports scientist & performance coach · Breathwork

For almost 15 years Yannik has helped people understand their body as a system — movement, breath, tension and focus connected. His roots are in martial arts; he has been on the mat himself for nearly 30 years. In his work, breathing is not an add-on. It is the starting point.

Yuli — sports scientist and movement coach

Yuli

Sports scientist & movement coach · Movement

Yuli is a sports scientist and has been a passionate martial artist for more than ten years. She works with people individually — from more mobility in everyday life to targeted performance gains — and combines Western and Eastern approaches into one holistic flow. Her guiding principle: no limit as limit.

Charlotte — Pilates teacher and dancer

Charlotte

Pilates teacher & dancer · Pilates

Charlotte helps people perceive their body with more nuance. Her movement background is shaped by Pilates, contemporary dance and the Brazilian partner dance Forró. These different movement experiences flow into her Pilates teaching, combining strengthening and mobilisation with a conscious experience of posture, balance and body awareness.

Diana — yoga teacher and owner of Mindful Life Berlin

Diana

Yoga teacher & studio owner Mindful Life Berlin · Yin

For over a decade Diana has guided people towards more balance in everyday life through movement and conscious pauses. She combines a precise, well-aligned practice with a calm space where performance is not the point — but the regulation of the nervous system and arriving at yourself.

06 — Venue

P61 Gallery — Berlin.

P61 sits on Potsdamer Straße in Berlin-Schöneberg — an exhibition space for digital art between exposed-concrete aesthetics and modern infrastructure. The large main hall is spanned by an LED wall that, during FREQUENZEN, is not a backdrop but a fellow performer: with visual compositions curated for each session.

High-end sound, precise acoustics, an atmosphere between gallery and studio — and from noon the public exhibition begins seamlessly. If you stay after the last session, you are invited to explore the works at your own pace.
